done by a professional. North Atlanta Golf Cars and its affiliates assumes no
liability for injuries or any other damage as a result of any alterations that
are done to the vehicle. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold North
Atlanta Golf Cars and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all
claims for loss or damage arising out of the acts or omissions of failure to act
of the Buyer or any of its agents, servants or contractors in connection with
the rendering of services by the Buyer, and for all claims of or damage to
property or injury or death of any person directly or indirectly resulting
therefrom, including cost and reasonable attorney fees.
NO WARRANTY
The documents, information, and materials in this
publication are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
non-infringement.
The content of this publication could include
technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically
added to the information herein; These changes will be incorporated in new
editions of the publication. North Atlanta Golf Cars may make improvements
and/or changes in the product(s) and/or the specifications described in these
publications at any time without notice.

LIABILITY
In no event will North Atlanta Golf Cars be liable
for direct, special, incidental, economic, cover, or consequential damages
arising out of the use of or inability to use the contents even if advised of
the possibility of such damages.
ORDERS AND RETURN
POLICY
- Once we receive your order, we ship within two
business days and we will notify you if there is a delay in shipping the
item. Please allow 3-5 business days for UPS transit.
- If you are not staisfied with the product you
ordered, please notify us immediately. You may return it within 30 days
for a refund which includes cost of item(s) and/or any tax, except for all
shipping costs. The item can not be disassembled or damaged by incorrect
installation. We will refund you the item upon our receipt of only undamaged
merchandise except if damaged during transit.
- Special Orders or custom orders are non-returnable
and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
- If the product you received is not what you
ordered, we will pay for the regular return shipping cost and give you the
full refund upon our receipt of the undamaged merchandise. A full refund
includes price of item, any tax and/or cost of shipping. We do not
accept Collect UPS orders.
- If your product arrives damaged, report it to the
Delivery Service immediately or refuse delivery of the package. If the
carrier has damaged the package in transit, they are liable and will return
the package to us at no cost to you. If the package appears to be
intact, but an item inside has been damaged during transit you have three (3)
business days to report it to us so that we can file a damage
report.
- You have 30 days to send back the product for
refund. If you would like to return a product after 30 days, you will be
charged a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item.
SHIPPING
INFORMATION

Many of the larger or heavier items require additional shipping charges. If your package
requires additional freight costs, we will contact you prior to shipment.
- Please allow 3-5 days for shipping for Standard
Delivery Service.
- No Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other
territories of the U.S.
- No International Deliveries.
- All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours after
your order is places.
